Senators approving judges

This controversy over approving justices is a little scary. Who on earth wants justices who are UNACCEPTABLE to 49% of the U.S. Senate???

If you ask me, the approval percentage should be INCREASED to 75%. All judges and justices approved should be acceptable to 75% of the Senate. This would eliminate judicial activists of both the right and the left.

If the Republicans had any brains, they would realize that this is a good idea, because they might soon be a minority. If they have any more brilliant ideas like what they did with Terri Shiavo, that will be sooner rather than later.
